基于药物研发的药学实验教学改革实践OA

Pharmacy is a comprehensive practical discipline that involves the core fields of medicinal chemistry,pharmacology,phar-maceutics,and pharmaceutical analysis.This course is closely integrated with the whole chain of drug research and development,pro-duction,inspection and clinical application,showing strong practicality and applicability.The cultivation of pharmaceutical talents highly relies on systematic and whole-process experimental teaching.However,current experimental teaching of core courses is frag-mented and isolated,making it difficult for students to form a systematic understanding of the whole drug development process and to cultivate sufficient comprehensive practical abilities.In view of the above situation,the authors propose and implement an experimental teaching model based on the whole process of drug research and development.They choose typical drugs to connect the experimental teaching content of various pharmacy courses and establish an integrated framework of experimental teaching.Meanwhile,they also set up targeted training of pharmacy experimental skills to guide students to independently complete experimental design and practical train-ing related to drug research and development.This model facilitates the students' understanding of the whole process of drug research and development,improves their comprehensive practical ability,and cultivates their comprehensive professional quality and innovative thinking in drug research and development.
