OBE与科研启蒙双导向的医学实验教学模式构建OA

In medical laboratory teaching,most experiments are confirmatory and isolated experiments,and there have been problems of emphasis on skills over thinking,rigid teaching models,passive operation,and insufficient training in scientific research thinking.To address these issues,the authors constructed a comprehensive and designed experimental course of pathogenic biology and immunol-ogy driven by the dual helix of outcome-based education(OBE)and scientific research initiation.The authors break down disciplinary barriers,integrate technologies of pathogenic biology,immunology,molecular biology and animal experiments,and they also design longitudinal and open comprehensive experimental projects.They adopted a blended online-offline teaching mode and a diversified evaluation system covering the whole scientific research process.Three semesters of teaching practice shows that this teaching model has effectively improved students' comprehensive abilities in experimental design,standardized operation,data analysis,and scientific research writing,and also cultivated critical thinking,logical reasoning and innovative awareness in the students.This study provides a referable practical model for similar reforms in the experimental teaching of basic medicine,and the dual-helix drive model provides theoretical reference and practical path for the cultivation of medical innovative talents.
