数字赋能寄生虫学实验教学创新实证探究OA
Empirical research on digital empowerment in the innovative experimental teaching of medical parasitology
传统医学寄生虫学实验教学以线下授课与实体显微操作为主,存在课堂互动匮乏、个性化指导不足、标本观察效率不一、学习过程难以追溯、教学反馈滞后等问题,难以契合现代化实验教学发展需求.该研究构建数字化显微互动教学模式,依托智能互动系统实现视野同步、过程追踪与即时评价,打造课前预习、课中实训、课后巩固一体化教学闭环,选取海军军医大学2021级-2024级多专业本科生开展对照教学研究.实证结果显示:数字化教学组平均成绩(15.44±2.80)分显著高于传统组(13.78±3.66)分;不及格率从27.5%降至7.6%,良好率64.6%,优秀率27.8%,临床医学与麻醉专业成绩提升差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).该模式有效提升课堂实效与学生标本识别能力,为医学形态学实验教学信息化转型、提质增效提供实证参考与可推广实践路径.
Traditional experimental teaching of medical parasitology fails to meet the requirements of modern experimental teaching,as it mainly relies on offline lectures and physical microscope operations.The traditional teaching has been plagued by insufficient classroom interaction,inadequate personalized tutoring,uneven specimen observation efficiency,untraceable learning progress,and delayed teaching feedback.Using intelligent interactive system,this study established an interactive teaching model of digital microsco-py to realize visual field synchronization,whole-process monitoring,and instant assessment,and to form a closed-loop teaching system covering pre-class preview,in-class practical training and after-class consolidation.We conducted a controlled teaching experiment in undergraduates of Year 2021 to 2024.The results showed that the experimental group has an average score of 15.44±2.80,signifi-cantly higher than that of the control group(13.78±3.66);the failure rate drops from 27.5%to 7.6%;the intermediate rate reaches 64.6%;the excellence rate is 27.8%;significant differences are observed in the degree of improvement between clinical medicine and anesthesiology majors(P<0.05).This model effectively improves teaching efficiency and the students' ability of specimen identifica-tion,providing empirical evidence and replicable practical approaches for the informatization reform and quality improvement of medical morphological experimental teaching.
