肿瘤病人营养支持与护理管理中国专家共识OA

The incidence of tumor-related malnutrition is high,and significantly affects the prognosis and quality of life of patients.Nutritional support therapy has been established as an important component of comprehensive tumor treatment.However,the clinical practice of oncology nutrition care in China still lacks unified norms and a complete process management system.This consensus,based on a multidisciplinary collaboration mechanism and an information platform,has constructed a nursing management model for nutritional support and care for tumor patients.The main content covers admission nutritional screening and comprehensive assessment based on the Nutritional Risk Screening 2002(NRS-2002)and the Patient Generated Subjective Global Assessment(PG-SGA),as well as a stepwise graded intervention path during hospitalization,and an Internet-based continuous care closed-loop management after discharge.Standardized procedures have been formulated for the prevention of complications and nursing operations during the nutritional support process.The aim is to provide scientific,systematic,and uniform practical basis for clinical nurses,thereby optimizing the nursing process,improving the clinical outcome of patients,and enhancing their quality of life.
