不同平面冲击波治疗对兔糖尿病足溃疡创面愈合的影响OA

Objective To investigate the effects of extracorporeal shock waves applied in different planes on the healing of diabetic foot ulcer wounds in rabbits.Methods Forty New Zealand white rabbits weighing 2-3 kg were selected to establish a diabetic foot ulcer model through high-fat feeding,intravenous injection of alloxan solution,and femoral artery ligation.The rabbits were randomly divided into four groups(n=10):a model group,a shock wave therapy group 1(SWT1)receiving extracorporeal shock waves at the proximal end of the affected limb,a shock wave therapy group 2(SWT2)receiving shock waves around the wound,and a shock wave therapy group 3(SWT3)receiving extracorporeal shock waves at both the proximal end of the affected limb and around the wound.Treatment was administered twice a week for four weeks.Changes in wound healing,blood glucose levels,and body temperature of the affected limb in the rabbits were measured.Results Compared with the other groups,the SWT2 and SWT3 groups showed significant improvements in ulcer healing and a marked increase in the body temperature of the affected limb(P<0.05).There were no significant changes in blood glucose levels among the groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Extracorporeal shock wave therapy can promote the healing of diabetic foot ulcers.More importantly,the combination of shock waves applied around the wound and at the proximal end of the affected limb yields better therapeutic outcomes than localized treatment alone.
