小兴安岭4种主要灌木生物量可加性模型OA
Additive Biomass Models for Four Main Shrub Species in Xiaoxing'an Mountains
根据140株实测灌木生物量数据,构建小兴安岭林区东北山梅花(Philadelphus schrenkii)、刺五加(Acanthopanax sen-ticosus)、毛榛(Corylus mandshurica)和珍珠梅(Sorbaria sorbifolia)4个主要灌木树种的总生物量和各组分生物量一元、二元可加性模型.以异速生长方程为基础模型,采用似然分析法判断各器官生物量模型的误差结构,选择各器官生物量最优模型与地上生物量、总生物量组成联立方程组,利用似乎不相关回归估计法拟合联立方程组,通过留一法交叉验证法评价所建立的4种灌木生物量可加性模型.结果表明,似然分析法判断对数转换后的线性回归适合用来拟合4种主要灌木各器官生物量模型;增加株高可以提高各器官生物量可加性模型的拟合效果;各树种生物量最优可加性模型调整后决定系数为0.706 2~0.983 1,平均相对误差绝对值为13%~42%.总生物量、地上生物量及茎生物量模型效果优于叶生物量和根生物量模型效果.
Based on the biomass data from 140 sampled shrubs of Philadelphus schrenkii,Acanthopanax senticosus,Corylus mandshurica,and Sorbaria sorbifolia,the total biomass and univariate and bivariate additive biomass models of each component for the four main shrub species in Xiaoxing'an Mountains was developed.Using the allometric equations as the base model,the likelihood analysis was employed to determine the error structure of organ-specific biomass mod-els.Optimal biomass models for individual organs were integrated with aboveground and total biomass equations to form a system of simultaneous equations,which was fitted using the seemingly unrelated regression.The established additive biomass models for four shrub species were evaluated using the leave-one-out cross-validation method.The results indi-cated that log-transformed linear regression validated by the likelihood analysis was suitable for modeling organ-specific biomass of four shrub species.Incorporating height improved the predictive accuracy of the additive biomass models.The optimal additive models exhibited adjusted values ranging from 0.7062 to 0.9831,with mean absolute percentage errors between 13%and 42%.The models for total biomass,aboveground biomass,and stem biomass demonstrated su-perior performance compared to those for foliage and root biomass.
