Consensus on Integrated Diagnosis and Treatment of Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease with Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine
胃食管反流病(GERD)是消化系统的常见疾病,本共识从GERD的病因及病机入手,结合国内外GERD基础与临床研究的新进展,对该病的西医临床表现、相关检查、疾病评估、诊断标准、西医治疗、中医辨证、中医治疗、中医适宜技术、中西医结合治疗要点进行了阐述,旨在为GERD的诊疗提供全面指导.
Gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD)is a common disorder of the digestive system.This consensus begins with the etiology and pathogenesis of GERD and integrates the latest advances in both basic and clinical research in China and abroad.It systematically elaborates on the clinical manifestations,related examinations,disease assessment,diagnostic criteria,and Western medical treatment of GERD,as well as traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome differentiation,TCM treatment,appropriate TCM techniques,and key points of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine therapy.The aim is to provide comprehen-sive guidance for the diagnosis and management of GERD.
