Consensus on Collaborative Diagnosis and Treatment of Cholelithiasis with Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine
胆石症是胆道系统的常见疾病,其患病率在全球及我国均处于较高水平.本共识围绕"中西医协同诊疗胆结石"这一主题,以《(急、慢性)胆囊炎、胆石症中医诊疗专家共识(2023)》等为基础,整合最新循证证据与前沿理论,系统阐述了胆结石的西医诊断、中医辨证分型、协同治疗原则、疗效评价及全程管理等内容,旨在为胆结石的中西医协同诊疗提供规范化指导,建立统一的诊疗与评价体系.
Cholelithiasis is a common disease of the biliary system,with a relatively high prevalence both globally and in China.This consensus focuses on the theme of"collaborative diagnosis and treatment of cholelithiasis with traditional Chinese and West-ern medicine".Based on documents such as the Expert Consensus on Traditional Chinese Medicine Diagnosis and Treatment of(Acute and Chronic)Cholecystitis and Cholelithiasis(2023),and integrating the latest evidence-based findings and frontier theo-ries,it systematically elaborates on Western medical diagnosis,TCM syndrome differentiation,principles of collaborative treat-ment,efficacy evaluation,and comprehensive management of cholelithiasis.The aim is to provide standardized guidance for the in-tegrated TCM and Western medicine diagnosis and treatment of cholelithiasis and to establish a unified diagnostic and evaluation system.
