不同麻醉方案对老年髋部骨折患者术后睡眠、谵妄发生率的影响OA

Objective:This artical aims to analyze the impact of different anesthetic regimens on postoperative sleep and delirium incidence in elderly patients with hip fracture.Methods:Eighty elderly patients with hip fractures admitted to the Longyan Second Hospital,Fujian Province from May 2024 to May 2025 were selected for the study.They were divided into two groups using a ran-dom number table method with 40 cases in each group.The control group received general anesthesia,while the observation group received combined spinal-epidural anesthesia.The two groups were compared regarding surgery-related indicators,Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)scores,postoperative delirium incidence and duration,and Short Form-36 Health Survey(SF-36)scores.Results:There were no significant differences in operation time,anesthesia duration,and intraoperative blood loss between the two groups(P＞0.05).At 1 day postoperatively,the PSQI scores in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).The incidence of delirium in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05),and the duration was shorter than that in the control group(P＜0.05).At 1 week postoperatively,the SF-36 scores for physical functio-ning,role-physical,bodily pain,and general health in both groups were increased(P＜0.05),and the observation group was high-er than the control group in all dimensions(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The application of combined spinal-epidural anesthesia in elderly hip fractures is effective,which helps improve sleep quality,reduce the incidence of delirium,and promote the improve-ment of patients' quality of life.
