早期康复锻炼联合多维度睡眠干预对冠状动脉搭桥术术后康复的影响OA
Impact of Early Rehabilitation Exercises Combined with Multi-dimensional Sleep Intervention on Postoperative Recovery after Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting
目的:探析早期康复锻炼联合多维度睡眠干预对冠状动脉搭桥术术后康复的影响.方法:回顾性选取2024年3月至2025年4月福建医科大学附属第一医院心脏大血管外科收治的70例冠状动脉搭桥术患者,根据护理模式不同分为观察组和对照组,每组35例.对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施早期康复锻炼联合多维度睡眠干预.比较2组呼吸肌功能[最大吸气压(MIP)、最大呼气压(MEP)]及6 min步行距离、睡眠质量.结果:术后1周及出院时,观察组MIP、MEP、6 min步行距离均高于对照组(P<0.05),匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)睡眠质量、入睡时间、睡眠时间、睡眠效率、睡眠障碍、日间功能障碍评分及总分均低于对照组(P<0.05).结论:早期康复锻炼联合多维度睡眠干预可有效提升冠状动脉搭桥术术后患者呼吸肌功能及运动耐量,改善睡眠质量.
Objective:This article aims to explore the impact of early rehabilitation exercise combined with multi-dimensional sleep intervention on postoperative recovery after coronary artery bypass grafting.Methods:A retrospective study was conducted on 70 patients undergoing coronary artery bypass grafting at department of cardiovascular surgery,the First Affiliated Hospita of Fujian Medical University from March 2024 to April 2025.Based on different nursing models,the subjects were divided into two groups:the control group(35 cases)received conventional nursing,while the observation group(35 cases)underwent early reha-bilitation exercise combined with multi-dimensional sleep intervention.The respiratory muscle function[maximum inspiratory pres-sure(MIP),maximum expiratory pressure(MEP)],6-minute walk distance,and sleep quality were compared between the two groups.Results:At 1 week post operatively and at discharge,MIP,MEP,and 6-minute walk distance in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)scores for sleep quality,sleep laten-cy,sleep duration,sleep efficiency,sleep disturbances,daytime dysfunction,and total scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Early rehabilitation exercise combined with multi-dimensional sleep inter-vention can effectively improve respiratory muscle function and exercise tolerance,and enhance sleep quality in patients after coro-nary artery bypass grafting.
