油气储运领域团体标准的发展现状以及趋势分析OA
Development Status and Trend Analysis of Association Standards in Oil and Gas Storage and Transportation Field
[目的]针对油气储运领域团体标准发展格局不明、技术路径模糊、立项缺少科学模型的问题,评估其发展现状、演化特征与未来趋势,为该领域标准科学化制定、技术创新落地及国际化输出提供理论与实践参考.[方法]以2015-2025年645项现行油气储运团体标准为样本,运用复杂网络分析、统计检验、主题聚类等方法,分析组织协作格局、标准主题分布及与行业发展的关联性.[结果]行业形成"政府引导+央企主导+社团协同"三元共治结构与四大协作组团;标准主题集中于三大核心板块(占比超80%),分布与管网负荷、储气库建设周期显著正相关;技术创新呈"数字化—绿色化—国际化"梯次演进特征.[结论]构建的"需求—创新"二维矩阵立项模型可实现科学化立项;未来该领域标准需围绕技术创新、科学立项、国际对接、绿色低碳发展,完善协同与衔接机制.
[Objective]Aiming at addressing the problems of unclear development pattern,vague technological path,and lack of scientific project approval model of association standards in the oil and gas storage and transportation field,this paper evaluates their development status,evolutionary characteristics and future trends,to provide theoretical and practical reference for scientific formulation,technological innovation implementation and international output of standards in this field.[Methods]Taking 645 valid association standards on oil and gas storage and transportation from 2015 to 2025 as samples,this paper uses complex network analysis,statistical test,topic clustering and other methods to analyze the organizational collaboration pattern,standard theme distribution and their correlation with industrial development.[Results]The industry has formed a tripartite co-governance structure of"government guidance+central enterprise leadership+social organization coordination"and four collaboration groups;standard themes focus on three core sections(over 80%),with their distribution significantly positively correlated with pipeline network load and gas storage construction cycle;technological innovation shows a hierarchical evolution of"digitalization-greenization-internationalization".[Conclusion]The constructed"demand-innovation"two-dimensional matrix project approval model enables scientific project approval.Future standards in this field should focus on technological innovation,scientific project approval,international connection and green low-carbon development,and improve collaboration and connection mechanisms.
