"一带一路"标准"软联通"的意义、挑战与应对OA

[Objective]To build the Belt and Road with high quality,it is necessary to continuously improve the standard"soft connectivity"mechanism platform.[Methods]By clarifying the theoretical connotation of the standard"soft connectivity"and analyzing its strategic significance in promoting development,trade,and governance,the paper examines existing challenges from three dimensions:external environment,internal capabilities,and constraints from countries along the route.[Results]The analysis highlights multiple challenges currently faced by standard"soft connectivity",including path dependence on Western standards systems,fragmented national standards along the route,insufficient compliance capabilities,and relatively weak China's influence and service capacity in international rule-making.[Conclusion]The study is expected to provide reference and guidance for deepening rule alignment and enhancing the international influence of China standards in the next phase.
