绿茶及其提取物作为抗氧化剂在奶牛中的研究进展OA
Research Advances on Green Tea and Its Extracts as Antioxidants in Dairy Cows
目前,许多国家已经禁止使用抗生素和离子载体等添加剂,绿茶及其提取物作为天然植物饲料添加剂因具有抗菌和抗氧化活性及潜在的调节瘤胃发酵作用已成为新的研究热点.绿茶富含多酚类物质,包括黄烷醇(儿茶素、原花青素)、黄酮醇(芦丁、槲皮素、山柰酚)和酚酸类(没食子酸、咖啡酸)等黄酮类物质,具有抗氧化、抗炎、抗菌、降低胆固醇和血脂等多种功效.文章综述了绿茶的化学成分及其影响因素、绿茶对奶牛养分消化率、产奶量、牛奶品质、抗氧化能力、抗炎作用和瘤胃发酵的影响,旨在为绿茶及其提取物作为抗氧化剂在奶牛中应用提供参考.
Given the current bans on additives such as antibiotics and ionophores in many countries,green tea and its extracts have emerged as a novel research focus in natural phytogenic feed additives due to their antimicrobial and antioxidant activities,as well as their potential to modulate ruminal fermentation.Rich in polyphenolic compounds,including flavanols(catechins,proanthocyanidins),flavonols(rutin,quercetin,kaempferol),and phenolic acids(gallic acid,caffeic acid),green tea exhibits multiple biological functions such as antioxidant,anti-inflammatory,and antimicrobial effects,along with the capacity to reduce choles-terol and blood lipids.This review summarizes the chemical composition of green tea and its influencing fac-tors,as well as the effects of green tea on nutrient digestibility,milk yield,milk composition,antioxidant capacity,anti-inflammatory activity,and rumen fermentation in dairy cows.It aims to provide insights into the application of green tea and its extracts as antioxidants in dairy cattle nutrition.
