研究旨在利用体外发酵法评价山桐子饼与豆粕的湖羊瘤胃体外发酵参数.经口腔采集6只体重为(31.27±0.68)kg公湖羊的瘤胃液进行体外发酵.体外发酵试验分为豆粕组、山桐子饼组、山桐子饼-尿素组,每组7套模块.豆粕组和山桐子饼组的发酵底物分别为4 g豆粕和4 g山桐子饼,山桐子饼-尿素组在山桐子饼组的基础上添加1%的缓释尿素.发酵48 h后测定pH、氨态氮、微生物蛋白、体外干物质降解率、挥发性脂肪酸等体外发酵参数.结果显示:①各组间瘤胃发酵液pH和丙酸水平差异不显著(P>0.05).②山桐子饼组的体外干物质降解率、氨态氮、总挥发性脂肪酸、乙酸、丁酸、乙酸/丙酸值和甲烷水平显著低于豆粕组(P<0.05).③与山桐子饼组相比,山桐子饼-尿素组显著提高了瘤胃发酵液的氨态氮浓度(P<0.05).由此可见,山桐子饼的体外发酵参数价值低于豆粕,但其未对瘤胃微生物蛋白产量造成负面影响.

This study aimed to evaluate the ruminal in vitro fermentation parameters of Idesia polycarpa cake and soybean meal in Hu sheep using an in vitro fermentation technique.Rumen fluid was collected from six male Hu sheep[(31.27±0.68)kg]for in vitro fermentation.The trial included three treatments:a soybean meal group,an Idesia polycarpa cake group,and an Idesia polycarpa cake-urea group,with seven fermenta-tion modules per group.The fermentation sub-strates were 4 g of soybean meal and Idesia poly-carpa cake for the soybean meal group and the Idesia polycarpa cake group,respectively.The Idesia polycarpa cake-urea group received the same substrate as the Idesia polycarpa cake group supplemented with 1%slow-release urea.After 48 hours of fermentation,parameters including pH,ammonia nitrogen,microbial protein,in vitro dry matter degradability,and volatile fatty acid levels were determined.The results showed that:① no significant differences existed in pH and propionate levels among the 3 groups(P>0.05).② In vitro dry matter degradability,ammonia nitrogen,total volatile fatty acid,acetate,butyrate,acetate/propionate,or methane levels in the Idesia polycarpa cake group were significantly lower than those in the soybean meal group(P<0.05).③ Supplementation with slow-release urea signifi-cantly increased ammonia nitrogen concentration compared to the Idesia polycarpa cake group(P<0.05).In conclusion,the in vitro fermentation parameters indicate a lower nutritional value of Idesia polycarpa cake compared to soybean meal.However,it does not negatively affect ruminal microbial protein yield,demon-strating its potential as a protein feed for sheep.
