研究旨在探讨饲粮中不同水平的黑水虻(BSF)替代豆粕(SBM)对育成期五黑鸡生长性能、血液指标及肠道健康的影响.将300只70日龄体重为(0.97±0.11)kg健康五黑鸡,随机平均分为对照组和试验组,对照组为玉米-豆粕型基础饲粮(CON组,BSF0组),试验组为在基础饲粮中分别用25%(BSF25组)、50%(BSF50组)、75%(BSF75组)和100%(BSF100组)黑水虻替代豆粕的试验饲粮,每组6个重复,试验周期为35 d,预试期7 d,正式试验期28 d.结果表明:①与CON组相比,试验期第15~28天,BSF25组能够显著提高育成期五黑鸡的平均日增重(P<0.05);BSF50、BSF75组的白蛋白(ALB)含量极显著升高(P<0.01);试验期第0~14天,BSF50组球蛋白(GLB)含量显著降低(P<0.05).②与CON组相比,BSF75组能够极显著提高育成期五黑鸡的脾脏指数(P<0.01);试验期第0~14天,试验组血清中免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、免疫球蛋白A(IgA)的含量极显著提高(P<0.01),BSF50、BSF75、BSF100组血清中免疫球蛋白M(IgM)的含量显著提高(P<0.05);试验期第15~28天,试验组血清中IgG的含量极显著提高(P<0.01),BSF50、BSF75组血清中IgM的含量极显著提高(P<0.01),BSF50、BSF75、BSF100组血清中IgA的含量显著提高(P<0.05).③与CON组相比,试验期第0~14天,BSF50组血清丙二醛(MDA)含量显著降低(P<0.05),试验组总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性极显著升高(P<0.01);试验期第15~28天,试验组血清GSH-Px、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性极显著升高(P<0.01),BSF75组血清T-AOC显著升高(P<0.05),BSF50、BSF75、BSF100组血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性极显著升高(P<0.01).④与CON组相比,试验第0~14天时,BSF50组血清中内毒素(ET)水平显著降低(P<0.05),BSF50、BSF75、BSF100组二胺氧化酶(DAO)活性显著降低(P<0.05);试验期第15~28天,BSF75组血清DAO活性极显著降低(P<0.01);BSF25、BSF100组育成期五黑鸡的隐窝深度极显著提高(P<0.01);BSF25组肠壁厚度极显著增加(P<0.01).用25%的黑水虻替代基础饲粮中的豆粕,在促进育成期五黑鸡生长及提高生产性能方面较为理想.

This study aimed to investigate the effects of substituting soybean meal(SBM)with dif-ferent levels of black soldier fly(BSF)larvae meal in the diet on the growth performance,blood parameters,and intestinal health of Wuhei chick-ens during the rearing period.A total of 300 healthy Wuhei chickens aged 70 days with an average body weight of(0.97±0.11)kg were ran-domly assigned to five treatment groups,each with six replicates.The control group(CON,BSF0)received a corn-soybean meal basal diet,while the experi-mental groups were fed diets in which 25%(BSF25),50%(BSF50),75%(BSF75),or 100%(BSF100)of the SBM was replaced by BSF meal.The trial lasted 35 d,including a 7 d adaptation period and a 28 d experi-mental period.The results showed:① compared with the CON group,the BSF25 group significantly increased the average daily gain of Wuhei chickens during the rearing period from days 15 to 28(P<0.05).The BSF50 and BSF75 groups showed extremely significantly increased albumin levels(P<0.01).During days 0-14 of the trial,the BSF50 group exhibited significantly decreased globulin levels(P<0.05).② Com-pared with the CON group,the BSF75 group extremely significantly increased the spleen index of Wuhei chickens during the rearing period(P<0.01).During days 0-14,serum IgG and IgA levels in the experimen-tal groups were extremely significantly increased(P<0.01),and serum IgM levels in the BSF50,BSF75,and BSF100 groups were significantly increased(P<0.05).During days 15-28,serum IgG levels in the experi-mental groups were extremely significantly increased(P<0.01),serum IgM levels in the BSF50 and BSF75 groups were extremely significantly increased(P<0.01),and serum IgA levels in the BSF50,BSF75,and BSF100 groups were significantly increased(P<0.05).③ Compared with the CON group,during days 0-14,the BSF50 group showed significantly decreased serum malondialdehyde levels(P<0.05),while total antioxi-dant capacity and glutathione peroxidase activity in the experimental groups were extremely significantly increased(P<0.01).During days 15-28,serum glutathione peroxidase and catalase activities in the experi-mental groups were extremely significantly increased(P<0.01);serum total antioxidant capacity in the BSF75 group was significantly increased(P<0.05);and serum superoxide dismutase activity in the BSF50,BSF75,and BSF100 groups was extremely significantly increased(P<0.01).④ Compared with the CON group,during days 0-14,serum endothelin levels in the BSF50 group were significantly decreased(P<0.05),and serum diamine oxidase levels in the BSF50,BSF75,and BSF100 groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05).During days 15-28,serum diamine oxidase levels in the BSF75 group were extremely significantly lower than those in the CON group(P<0.01).The crypt depth in the BSF25 and BSF100 groups was extremely significantly increased(P<0.01),and the intestinal wall thickness in the BSF25 group was extremely significantly increased(P<0.01).Substituting 25%of the soybean meal in the basal diet with black soldier fly(Hermetia illucens)larvae meal is considered optimal for promoting growth and improving production performance in Wuhei chickens during the grower phase.
