试验旨在探究油莎豆粕与中药复合发酵物作为饲料添加剂对育肥猪生长、免疫和抗氧化性能的作用,并通过非靶向代谢组学分析作用机制.选取60头杜×长×大三元杂交育肥猪,随机分为2组,每组5个重复,每个重复6头.试验设置为对照组(control group,CK组)和油莎豆粕与中药复合发酵物组(fermented Cyperus esculentus meal and Chinese herbal compound group,FC组),CK组饲粮中无任何添加,FC组饲粮中添加1%油莎豆粕与中药复合发酵物,试验期为35 d,测定2组猪的生长、免疫和抗氧化性能指标,并通过2组猪的空肠内容物进行非靶向代谢组学分析.结果表明:与CK组相比,FC组可显著提高猪的试验末重、平均日增重(P<0.05),可显著降低料重比(P<0.05);FC组猪宰前活重、胴体重和屠宰率显著提高(P<0.05);2组间肉品质差异不显著(P>0.05);FC组猪血清中免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)和白细胞介素-10(IL-10)含量显著提高(P<0.05),白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)含量显著下降(P<0.05);FC组猪血清中总抗氧化能力(total antioxidant capacity,T-AOC)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(glutathi-one peroxidase,GSH-Px)、超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase,SOD)活性显著提高(P<0.05),丙二醛(malondialdehyde,MDA)含量显著下降(P<0.05).两组间共有906个差异代谢物,有566个物质上调,340个物质下调,差异代谢物主要涉及精氨酸生物合成,嘧啶代谢,丙氨酸、天冬氨酸、谷氨酸代谢,酪氨酸代谢和α-亚麻酸代谢信号通路;对2组猪多个组织进行切片,经苏木精-伊红染色后镜检,2组间未见差异.综上所述,饲粮中添加1%油莎豆粕与中药复合发酵物,可通过调控空肠内容物的代谢谱,尤其是通过精氨酸生物合成、嘧啶代谢及α-亚麻酸代谢等关键通路的激活,改善机体的营养代谢和抗氧化能力,从而促进育肥猪的生长.

This experiment aimed to investigate the effects of Cyperus esculentus meal and herbal medicine compound fermentation product as a feed additive on the growth,immune and antioxi-dant performance in finishing pigs,and to analyze the mechanism of action through non-targeted metabolomics.Sixty Duroc×Landrace×York-shire crossbred finishing pigs were randomly divided into 2 groups with 5 replicates per group and 6 pigs per replicate.The trial was set up with a control group(CK group)and fermented Cyperus esculentus meal and Chinese herbal compound group(FC group).The CK group received a basal diet without any supplements,while the FC group was fed a basal diet supplemented with 1%fermented Cyperus esculentus meal and Chi-nese herbal compound.The trial lasted for 35 days,growth,immune and antioxidant indicators were mea-sured,and non-targeted metabolomics analysis was performed on the jejunal contents of pigs.The results showed that compared with the CK group,the FC group significantly increased final body weight and aver-age daily gain(P<0.05),while the feed-to-gain ratio was significantly reduced(P<0.05).The live weight before slaughter,carcass weight,and dressing percentage were significantly higher in the FC group than those in the CK group(P<0.05).No significant differences were observed in meat quality between the two groups(P>0.05).Compared with the CK group,the FC group showed significant increases in serum levels of immunoglobulin A(IgA),immunoglobulin G(IgG),immunoglobulin M(IgM),and interleukin-10(IL-10)(P<0.05),while the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-1β(IL-1β),and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)were significantly decreased(P<0.05).The total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC),glutathione peroxi-dase(GSH-Px),and superoxide dismutase(SOD)levels in the serum were significantly higher in the FC group(P<0.05),while the malondialdehyde(MDA)content was significantly lower(P<0.05).A total of 906 differential metabolites were identified between the two groups,including 566 up-regulated and 340 down-regulated metabolites.These differential metabolites were mainly involved in arginine biosynthesis,pyrimi-dine metabolism,alanine,aspartate and glutamate metabolism,tyrosine metabolism,and α-linolenic acid metabolism signaling pathways.After sectioning multiple tissues from two groups of pigs and staining them with hematoxylin and eosin,microscopic examination revealed no differences between the two groups.In conclusion,dietary supplementation with 1%Cyperus esculentus meal and herbal medicine compound fer-mentation product improves the growth,immunity and antioxidant performance in finishing pigs by regulat-ing the metabolic profile of jejunal contents,particularly through activating key pathways including arginine biosynthesis,pyrimidine metabolism,and α-linolenic acid metabolism,thereby enhancing nutrient metabo-lism and antioxidant capacity.
