微胶囊植物精油对白羽肉鸡生长性能、肠道微生物和血清生化指标的影响OA
Effects of Microencapsulated Plant Essential Oils on Growth Performance,Gut Microbiota and Serum Biochemical Indicators of White-feathered Broiler Chickens
试验旨在探讨微胶囊植物精油对白羽肉鸡生长性能、肠道微生物及血清生化指标的影响,以及微胶囊植物精油能否有效替代维吉尼亚霉素.试验选取900只1日龄[(42.66±1.53)g]Ross308白羽肉鸡,随机分为5组,每组6个重复,每个重复30只.负对照组饲喂基础饲粮,正对照组在基础饲粮中添加20 g/t维吉尼亚霉素(VM组),3个试验组分别在基础饲粮中添加50、100、150 g/t微胶囊植物精油(EO1、EO2、EO3组),试验期为42 d.结果表明:①与负对照组相比,VM组和各试验组全期平均日增重显著增加(P<0.05).②与负对照组相比,在各段肠道中VM组和各试验组均能显著降低需氧总菌数、大肠杆菌数和沙门氏菌数(P<0.05).同时,在各段肠道中各试验组乳酸杆菌数显著高于VM组(P<0.05).③与负对照组相比,VM组丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)活性及总蛋白(TP)含量显著升高(P<0.05),谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性显著降低(P<0.05),而各试验组ALT、AST活性及TP、血尿素氮(BUN)含量显著降低(P<0.05),总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)活性显著升高(P<0.05).此外,各试验组的ALT、AST活性和TP、BUN含量均显著低于VM组(P<0.05),GSH-Px和T-SOD活性显著高于VM组(P<0.05).综上所述,肉鸡基础饲粮中添加50~150 g/t微胶囊植物精油可有效替代20 g/t维吉尼亚霉素,显著提高白羽肉鸡平均日增重,抑制肠道有害菌,改善乳酸杆菌菌群,保护肝脏,增强抗氧化能力并提升蛋白质利用率.
The aim of this experiment was to investigate the effects of microencapsulated plant essential oils on the growth performance,gut microbiota,and serum biochemical indicators of white feathered broiler chickens,as well as whether microencapsulated plant essential oils can effectively replace Virginiamycin.900 1-day-old Ross 308[(42.66±1.53)g]white feathered broiler chickens were selected for the experiment and randomly divided into 5 groups,with 6 replicates in each group and 30 chickens per replicate.The negative control group was fed a basic diet,while the positive control group was supplemented with 20 g/t Virginiamycin(VM group).Three experimental groups were supplemented with 50,100 g/t,and 150 g/t microencapsulated plant essential oils(EO1,EO2,and EO3 groups),respectively.The experiment lasted for 42 days.The results showed that:①compared with the negative control group,the average daily weight gain of the VM group and the experimental groups significantly increased(P<0.05).② Compared with the negative control group,both the VM group and each experimental group were able to significantly reduce the total aerobic bacterial count,Escherichia coli count,and Salmonella count in each segment of the intestine(P<0.05).Meanwhile,the number of Lactobacilli in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the VM group in each segment of the intestine(P<0.05).③ Compared with the negative control group,the VM group showed a sig-nificant increase in ALT,AST activity,and TP content(P<0.05),while the GSH-Px activity was signifi-cantly reduced(P<0.05).However,the ALT,AST activity,TP,and BUN content in each experimental group were significantly reduced(P<0.05),while the T-SOD activities were significantly increased(P<0.05).In addition,the levels of ALT,AST,TP,and BUN in each experimental group were significantly lower than those in the VM group(P<0.05),while the activities of GSH-Px and T-SOD were significantly higher than those in the VM group(P<0.05).In summary,adding 50-150 g/t microencapsulated plant essential oils to the basic diet of broiler chickens can effectively replace 20 g/t Virginiamycin,significantly increase average daily weight gain,inhibit harmful bacteria in the intestine,improve Lactobacillus flora,protect the liver,enhance antioxidant capacity,and improve protein utilization efficiency.
