试验旨在探讨玛咖多糖对产蛋后期蛋鸡产蛋性能、蛋品质、免疫功能和经济效益的影响.选取60周龄海兰褐鸡600只,随机分为4组,每组6个重复,每个重复25只鸡.其中A组(对照组)饲喂基础饲粮,B、C、D组分别在基础饲粮中添加500、1 000、1 500 mg/kg的玛咖多糖.预试期7 d,正试期42 d.结果表明:与A组相比,B、C、D组蛋鸡的产蛋率、平均蛋重和平均日产蛋重显著增加(P<0.05);C、D组的不合格蛋率显著降低(P<0.05);B、C、D组的料蛋比显著降低(P<0.05);各组的平均日采食量差异不显著(P>0.05).与A组相比,C、D组鸡蛋的蛋壳强度显著提高(P<0.05),B、C、D组的哈夫单位显著提高(P<0.05),B、C、D组蛋鸡血清的免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)和白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)含量均显著升高(P<0.05),B、C、D组的经济效益均提高,其中添加量为1 000 mg/kg时,其经济效益最高.

The experiment aimed to investigate the effects of maca polysaccharide on the laying perfor-mance,egg quality,immune function,and economic benefits of laying hens during late laying stages.600 60-week-old Hy-Line Brown hens were selected for the experiment and randomly divided into four groups,with 6 replicates in each group and 25 chickens in each replicate.Group A(control group)was fed a basic diet,while groups B,C and D were fed the basal diet supplemented with 500,1 000 and 1 500 mg/kg of maca polysaccharide,respectively.The pre-trial period lasted for 7 days,and the main trial period was 42 days.The results showed that compared with group A,the laying rate,average egg weight,and average daily egg weight of laying hens in groups B,C and D significantly increased(P<0.05);the rate of non-conforming eggs in groups C and D significantly decreased(P<0.05);the feed-egg ratio in groups B,C and D significantly decreased(P<0.05);there were no significant differences in average daily feed intake among the groups(P>0.05).Compared with group A,the egg shell strength of hens in groups C and D significantly improved(P<0.05),and the Haugh unit of eggs in groups B,C and D significantly increased(P<0.05);the serum levels of IgA,IgG,IgM,IL-2 and IFN-γ in hens in groups B,C and D all significantly increased(P<0.05);the economic benefits of groups B,C and D all improved,with the highest economic benefit achieved when the addition level was 1 000 mg/kg.
