试验旨在探讨不同剂量复合益生菌对海兰褐蛋鸡生产性能及相关指标的影响.选取768只56周龄海兰褐蛋鸡,随机分为3组.对照组饲喂基础饲粮,Ⅰ、Ⅱ组分别在基础饲粮中添加0.05%、0.10%复合益生菌.预试期4 d,正试期66 d.结果表明:Ⅱ组产蛋率极显著高于对照组(P<0.01),平均蛋重显著高于对照组(P<0.05);Ⅰ组平均日采食量极显著高于对照组(P<0.01);Ⅰ组蛋壳强度显著高于对照组(P<0.05);Ⅱ组蛋壳强度和蛋壳厚度显著高于对照组(P<0.05).Ⅰ、Ⅱ组蛋形指数、哈夫单位、蛋黄比重及蛋黄颜色等指标均高于对照组,但差异不显著(P>0.05);Ⅱ组表观代谢能及干物质、蛋白质、钙、磷表观消化率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);Ⅱ组甘氨酸、精氨酸、蛋氨酸、半胱氨酸表观消化率极显著高于对照组(P<0.01),丝氨酸、谷氨酸、苏氨酸、丙氨酸、酪氨酸、脯氨酸、缬氨酸、苯丙氨酸、异亮氨酸、亮氨酸、组氨酸、赖氨酸表观消化率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);Ⅰ、Ⅱ组大肠杆菌数量极显著低于对照组(P<0.01);Ⅱ组乳酸杆菌和双歧杆菌数量极显著高于对照组(P<0.01),沙门氏菌数量极显著低于对照组(P<0.01);Ⅱ组蛋鸡回肠和盲肠的绒毛高度极显著高于对照组(P<0.01),空肠绒毛高度显著高于对照组(P<0.05),回肠与盲肠的隐窝深度显著低于对照组(P<0.05),空肠、回肠和盲肠的绒毛高度与隐窝深度的比值(V/C值)极显著高于对照组(P<0.01).说明在基础饲粮中添加0.10%复合益生菌能够有效提升海兰褐蛋鸡的生产效能,改善蛋品质,增强营养物质代谢效率,并有助于维持肠道微生态平衡,促进肠道健康.

The trial aimed to investigate the effects of different doses of composite microecological prepara-tions on the production performance and related indicators of Hy-Line Brown laying hens.The experiment involved 768 Hy-Line Brown laying hens aged 56 weeks,which were randomly divided into three groups.The control group was fed a basal diet,while groupsⅠandⅡreceived basal diets supplemented with 0.05%and 0.10%composite probiotics,respectively.The pre-trial period lasted 4 days,followed by a 66-day main trial period.The results showed that,the egg production rate in group Ⅱ was extremely higher than control group(P<0.01),average egg weight was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).The average daily feed intake in groupⅠwas extremely higher than control group(P<0.01),the eggshell strength and thickness of group Ⅱ were sig-nificantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The egg shape index,Haugh units,yolk specific gravity and yolk colour in groupsⅠand Ⅱwere higher than control group,though these differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).The apparent digestibility of metabolizable energy,dry matter,protein,cal-cium and phosphorus in group Ⅱ was significantly greater than the control group(P<0.05).The apparent digestibilities of glycine,arginine,methionine and cysteine in group Ⅱ was extremely higher than control group(P<0.01),the digestibilities for serine,glutamic acid,threonine,alanine,tyrosine,proline,valine,phe-nylalanine,isoleucine,leucine,histidine and lysine in groupⅡwere significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).E.coli counts in groupsⅠ and Ⅱ were extremely lower than control group(P<0.01),Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium counts in groupⅡwere extremely higher than control group(P<0.01),while Salmonella counts were extremely lower than control group(P<0.01).The villus height in the ileum and cecum of laying hens in groupⅡwas extremely greater than that in the control group(P<0.01),while the villus height in the jejunum was significantly higher(P<0.05).The crypt depth in the ileum and cecum was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The ratio of villus height to crypt depth(V/C ratio)in the jejunum,ileum and cecum was extremely higher than that of the control group(P<0.01).These results confirm that adding 0.10%composite microecological agent to the basal diet can effectively enhance the production effi-ciency of Hy-Line Brown laying hens,improve egg quality,enhance the metabolic efficiency of nutrients,and help maintain intestinal microecological balance,thereby promoting intestinal health.
