甘草酸在畜牧养殖业中的应用研究进展OA
Progress of Research on Application of Glycyrrhizic Acid in Livestock Breeding Industry
甘草酸作为甘草中主要的三萜类皂苷活性成分,具有免疫调节、抗炎、抗氧化、抗癌等多种生物学功能,在促进动物生长、预防疾病、调节动物机体免疫功能等方面发挥积极作用.文章综述了甘草酸的生物学功能及其在畜牧养殖业中的应用,以期为甘草酸在畜牧养殖业中的合理利用提供理论基础.
Glycyrrhizic acid is the main triterpenoid saponin active ingredient in licorice.It has various bio-logical functions such as immunomodulation,anti-inflammatory,antioxidant,anticancer,etc.It has a posi-tive impact on promoting animal growth,preventing diseases,and regulating the immune function of the animal organism.The article reviewed the biological functions of glycyrrhizic acid and its application in animal husbandry,with a view to providing a certain theoretical basis for the rational utilization of glycyrrhi-zic acid in animal husbandry.
