复合植物提取物对肉鸡生长性能、屠宰性能和肉品质的影响OA
Effects of Compound Plant Extracts on Growth Performance,Slaughter Performance and Meat Quality of Broilers
试验旨在研究黄芪、淫羊藿和女贞子组成的复合植物提取物对肉鸡生长性能、屠宰性能及肉品质的影响.选取1日龄817白羽肉鸡120只,分为对照(CON)组和0.3%复合植物提取物(CPE)组,每组60只,分1~21 d和22~42 d两个时期饲养.结果表明:①CPE组后期平均日增重显著高于对照组(P<0.05),料重比显著低于对照组(P<0.05).②CPE组全期粗蛋白、磷代谢率及饲养后期粗脂肪代谢率显著高于对照组(P<0.05).③CPE组屠体率和胸肌pH显著高于对照组(P<0.05).④CPE组胸肌组织HO-1基因表达量显著高于对照组(P<0.05),Nrf2、SOD1基因表达量极显著高于对照组(P<0.01),TNF-α和IL-1β基因表达量显著低于对照组(P<0.05);免疫组化分析结果表明,CPE组胸肌组织Nrf2蛋白表达量极显著高于对照组(P<0.01),NF-κB蛋白表达量极显著低于对照组(P<0.01).综上所述,饲粮中添加复合植物提取物能够改善肉鸡养分代谢率,增强胸肌组织抗氧化和免疫能力,进而提高其生长性能、饲料利用率及肉品质.
The aim of this experiment was to investigate the effects of the compound plant extract composed of Astragalus membranaceus,Epimedium and Ligustrum lucidum on the growth performance,slaughter per-formance and meat quality of broilers.A total of 120 one-day-old 817 white-feathered broilers were selected and divided into two treatment groups:the control(CON)group and the 0.3%compound plant extract(CPE)group,with 60 broilers in each group.Broilers were raised in two periods:1-21 days and 22-42 days.The results showed that:① the average daily gain of CPE group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the feed-to-gain ratio was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).② The metabolic rates of crude protein and phosphorus throughout the entire period and crude fat in the later stage of feeding in CPE group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).③ The carcass rate and breast muscle pH of CPE group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).④ The mRNA expression of HO-1 of the CPE group in pectoral muscle were significantly higher than in control group(P<0.05).The mRNA expression levels of TNF-α and IL-1β were significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).At the same time,the expression level of Nrf2 protein in the breast muscle tissue of CPE group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05),and the expression level of NF-κB protein was significantly lower than in control group(P<0.05).In conclusion,adding a compound plant extract to the diet can improve the nutrient metabolism rate of broilers,enhance the antioxidant and immune capabilities of the breast muscle tissue,and thereby improve growth performance,feed utilization rate and meat quality.
