Trends and Countermeasures in Consumption of Grain for Feed in China
饲料用粮已经成为我国粮食的最大消费项,也成为保障粮食安全的最主要部分.①我国饲料用粮消费已经进入相对稳定的低增长阶段,影响因素包括年净增人口连续4年为负值;老龄化加剧;我国人均肉、蛋消费量已经高出世界平均水平多年;居民对膳食营养与健康安全的科学认知不断提升;动物精准营养与精准饲喂技术的推广将显著提高肉蛋奶生产效率,降低对饲料用粮的消费;饲料用粮资源的进一步配合饲料化利用将降低总的饲料用粮数量.②我国饲料用粮的基本保障能力分析表明,我国耕地面积与现有主粮种植水平可以保障除大豆外的主要食品和饲料用粮供给.但粮食单产显著低于发达国家水平.大豆作为刚需,每年需进口约1亿吨.③提高我国饲料用粮安全供给能力的对策与建议包括构建大豆多元化国际进口渠道,增强国际风险防范能力;适度加大大豆的战略储备;继续加强主粮、大豆种子育种科技攻关,努力提高单产;大力推进"精准营养+精准饲养+智能饲喂"管理技术应用,提高饲料转化率;强化对未配合饲料化的饲料资源的配合饲料利用;新型蛋白资源开发与产业化应用;加快建立新的法规,强化对不同养殖动物品种规模的合理控制;培育具有高饲料转化能力的养殖动物新品种.加强绿色智能仓储设施建设与应用,降低饲料粮损耗.
Feed grain has become the largest consumption category of grain in China and the primary compo-nent in ensuring food security.① China's feed grain consumption has entered a relatively stable phase of low growth,influenced by factors such as:negative annual net population growth for four con-secutive years;an aging population;China's per capita meat and egg consumption exceeding the global average for years;increasing scientific awareness among residents regarding dietary nutrition and health safety;the promotion of precision animal nutrition and feeding technologies,which will significantly enhance meat,egg,and dairy production efficiency while reducing feed grain consumption;and expand usage of non-formulated feed grain resources in compound feed production,which will lower overall feed grain demand.② Analysis of China's basic feed grain secu-rity capacity indicates that the country's arable land area and current staple grain cultivation levels can ensure the supply of major food and feed grains except soybeans.However,grain yield per unit area remains significantly lower than that of developed countries.Soybeans,as a necessity,require approximately 100 mil-lion tons of annual imports.③ Countermeasures and recommendations to enhance China's secure feed grain supply include:establishing diversified international soybean import channels to strengthen risk prevention capabilities;moderately increasing soybean strategic reserves;continuing to advance breeding technology research for staple and soybean seeds to improve yields;vigorously promoting precision nutrition+precision feeding+intelligent feeding management technologies to boost feed conversion rates;intensifying the utiliza-tion of unformulated feed resources in compound feed production;developing and industrializing novel pro-tein resources;accelerating the establishment of new regulations to strengthen the reasonable control of the feeding scale of different animal specises;cultivating new livestock breeds with high feed conversion effi-ciency;strengthening green and intelligent storage facility construction and application to reduce feed grain losses.
