前列腺癌根治术后尿失禁患者膀胱功能训练App内容框架的构建OA

Objective To construct a content framework for a bladder function training application(App)for patients with urinary incontinence after radical prostatectomy,aiming to provide a reference for implementing individualized bladder function training in this population.Methods A preliminary framework was developed through a systematic literature review,followed by 2 rounds of Delphi consultation involving 23 multidisciplinary experts.Results For the 2 rounds of expert consultation,the positive coefficients were both 100%,and the authoritative coefficients were 0.904 and 0.908,respectively.In the second round,the Kendall's coefficients of concordance for the first-,second-,and third-level indicators were 0.127,0.177,and 0.112,respectively(P<0.05 for all).The final content framework for the bladder function training App for patients with urinary incontinence after radical prostatectomy consisted of 4 first-level indicators,18 second-level indicators,and 56 third-level indicators.Conclusion The App content framework developed in this study is scientific and feasible,and may serve as a reference for rehabilitation management and subsequent App development for patients with urinary incontinence after radical prostatectomy.
