叙事护理联合翻转课堂在重症监护室临床实习教学中的应用OA

Objective To explore the application and effectiveness of narrative nursing combined with flipped classroom in clinical teaching for undergraduate interns in the intensive care unit(ICU).Methods Undergraduate nursing interns from various universities who completed their ICU rotations at Huadong Hospital between 2023 and 2025 were selected as subjects.They were divided into the control group(n=52)and the intervention group(n=52)according to a random number table.The control group received traditional foundation course teaching,while the intervention group additionally received narrative nursing combined with flipped classroom teaching.The two groups were compared in terms of humanistic care ability,professional identity,frequency of clinical humanistic intervention behaviors,and patient satisfaction.Results After teaching,scores of humanistic care ability and nursing professional values were higher than those before teaching in both groups,and the intervention group scored higher than the control group.The frequency of clinical humanistic intervention behaviors and patient satisfaction in the intervention group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Narrative nursing combined with flipped classroom can more effectively cultivate nursing interns'humanistic care ability and professional identity.
