消肿定痛合剂对椎间孔镜下髓核摘除术后患者步态恢复的影响OA

Objective:To investigate clinical efficacy of Xiaozhong Dingtong Heji on early postoperative gait function,pain intensity and lumbar functional recovery in patients with lumbar disc herniation(LDH)undergoing percutaneous endoscopic lumbar discectomy(PELD).Methods:Forty LDH patients undergoing PELD were randomly divided into an observation group(19 cases)and a control group(21 cases).Both groups received the same conven-tional treatment(including anti-inflammatory and analgesic therapy,dehydration and detumescence,as well as stand-ardized rehabilitation training).On this basis,the observation group were additionally administered Xiaozhong Ding-tong Heji.Gait parameters(step length,step frequency,walking speed,and range of motion of the knee and ankle joints)were measured multidimensionally by a joint motion function detector preoperatively,at 5 days and 14 days postoperatively.Low back pain was evaluated using the visual analogue scale(VAS)and lumbar function was assessed using the Japanese orthopaedic association score(JOA).The differences in changes of all indicators between the two groups were compared.Results:At 5 days postoperatively,gait parameters,VAS scores and JOA scores were im-proved in both groups compared with preoperative baseline.The improvement in step length,step frequency,walking speed,range of motion of the knee and ankle joints on the affected side,and JOA score in the observation group was superior to that in the control group(all P＜0.05),whereas no significant difference in VAS score was found be-tween the two groups(P＞0.05).At 14 days postoperatively,all indicators continued to improve in both groups.The observation group showed significantly better improvement in step length,step frequency,walking speed,range of motion of the knee and ankle joints,JOA score and VAS score than the control group,with statistically significant differences(all P＜0.05).Conclusion:Xiaozhong Dingtong Heji can effectively promote the recovery of gait function,alleviate pain,and improve lumbar mobility in patients after PELD,facilitating early rehabilitation.
