心血宁片治疗急性缺血性脑卒中合并高血压1级及高脂血症疗效研究OA
Efficacy study on Xinxuening tablets in treatment of acute ischemic stroke complicated with grade 1 hypertension and hyperlipidemia
目的:探讨心血宁片治疗急性缺血性脑卒中合并高血压1级、高脂血症临床疗效.方法:将89例急性缺血性脑卒中合并高血压1级、高脂血症患者随机分为对照组45例、治疗组44例.对照组口服苯磺酸左氨氯地平片、阿托伐他汀钙片治疗.治疗组在对照组基础上口服心血宁片治疗.两组分别治疗8周.比较两组治疗前后24 h收缩压(24hSBP)、24 h舒张压(24hDBP)、血清低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、甘油三酯(TG)水平变化.比较两组治疗前后缺血性中风证候要素——血瘀、痰湿、内火、阴虚、气虚证候积分以及中医症状积分的变化.结果:两组治疗后24hSBP、24hDBP、血清LDL-C较治疗前降低,且治疗组降低幅度优于对照组(P＜0.05).两组治疗后痰湿、血瘀、内火证候积分、中医症状积分较治疗前均降低,且治疗组的血瘀评分、中医症状积分降低幅度优于对照组(P＜0.05).结论:心血宁片治疗急性缺血性脑卒中合并高血压1级、高脂血症疗效较好,可改善急性缺血性脑卒中合并高血压1级、高脂血症患者的中风血瘀证候积分、中医症状积分,控制血压水平,降低血脂,提高治疗效果.
Objective:To explore effects of Xinxuening tablets in treatment of acute ischemic stroke complicated with grade 1 hypertension and hyperlipidemia.Methods:89 patients with acute ischemic stroke complicated by grade 1 hypertension and hyperlipidemia were randomly divided into control group(45 cases)and treatment group(44 ca-ses).The control group were given oral Levamlodipine Besylate tablets and atorvastatin calcium tablets.The treat-ment group received oral Xinxuening tablets in addition to the control group's regimen.Both groups were treated for 8 weeks.Compare the changes in 24-hour systolic blood pressure(24hSBP),24-hour diastolic blood pressure(24hDBP),serum low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),total cholesterol(TC),high-density lipoprotein cho-lesterol(HDL-C),and triglyceride(TG)levels between the two groups before and after treatment.Additionally,compare the changes in the syndrome elements of ischemic stroke-blood stasis,phlegm-dampness,internal fire,Yin deficiency,Qi deficiency and traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,24hSBP,24hDBP,and serum LDL-C decreased in both groups compared to before treatment,and the reduction magnitudes in the treatment group were superior to those in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the syndrome scores for phlegm-dampness,blood stasis,and internal fire,as well as total TCM symptom scores decreased in both groups compared to before treatment.The treatment group achieved signifi-cantly greater reductions in blood stasis syndrome score and total TCM symptom score than the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Xinxuening tablets were effective in treating acute ischemic stroke complicated with grade 1 hyper-tension and hyperlipidemia.They could significantly improve stroke blood stasis syndrome scores and TCM symptom scores in these patients,control blood pressure levels,reduce blood lipids,and enhance treatment efficacy,warranting further clinical research and discussion.
