吉泰盆地灌区水资源供需平衡分析OA
Analysis of Water Supply-Demand Balance in the Jitai Basin Irrigation District
吉泰盆地灌区位于江西省中部赣江中下游,是江西省重要的农业生产区.采用分项指标法测算灌区需水量,并结合长系列径流调节计算供水量,分析 2035 年及 2050 年不同保证率下的水资源供需平衡状况.结果表明:2035 年多年平均和 P=85%保证率下,水资源供需平衡指数分别为 0.99 和 0.97,水资源供给略高于需求,地下水可作为战略储备水源;2050年多年平均保证率下平衡指数为1.02,供需基本平衡,P=85%保证率下仍维持0.99,灌区水资源状况可满足灌区需水要求.
The Jitai Basin Irrigation District is located in the middle and lower reaches of the Ganjiang River in central Jiangxi Province and is an important agricultural production area in the province.The itemized-index method was used to estimate water demand in the irrigation district,and water supply was calculated through long-series runoff regulation.The water supply-demand balance under different assurance probabilities in 2035 and 2050 was then analyzed.The results show that under the long-term average condition and an assurance probability of P=85%in 2035,the water-resource supply-demand balance indices are 0.99 and 0.97,respectively.Water supply is slightly greater than demand,and groundwater can serve as a strategic reserve water source.In 2050,the balance index under the long-term average condition is 1.02,indicating a basic balance between supply and demand,while it remains 0.99 under an assurance probability of P=85%.Therefore,the water-resource conditions of the irrigation district can meet its water-demand requirements.
