大型中央空调水加湿系统多孔分配管路流动均匀性优化研究OA

Optimization of flow uniformity inmultioutlet pipes for large-scale central-air-conditioning water humidification systems

针对大型中央空调水加湿系统负荷大、加湿不均匀、易凝雾的特点,采用FLUENT进行数值模拟,建立了相对于沿程泄流多孔管路的垂直供应、水平供应(五孔、对称分布六孔)的模拟模型.基于流体体积模型VOF,研究了湿蒸汽在上述结构中的输运特性,研究了不同体积分数下管路内部沿程泄流的压力、流速以及密度分布,讨论了不同工况下的蒸汽出流均匀性.研究发现垂直供应管路压力分布由入口逐渐增大,水平供应管路入口处压力较大,两侧压力较低,且当水蒸气体积分数减小时,两侧压力较为均匀.水平供应六孔结构在当前模型设置下具有最均匀的流量供应效果,而密度的分析则指出,水蒸气体积分数降低会显著增加水平供应结构下的出口含水量.本研究给出了进行相关加湿设备设计及蒸汽沿程出流管路研究的参考,提供了蒸汽沿程多孔出流场景相关的理论依据.

Due to the issues of large-scale central-air-conditioning water humidification systems,such as operational difficulty under high loads,uneven humidification,and easy fogging,numerical simulations were performed using the FLUENT software.Models were established for vertical and horizontal supply pipes connected to the multioutlet pipes for studying flow discharge along the route(five-hole configuration vs.symmetrically distributed six-hole configuration)in large central-air-conditioning water humidification systems.Based on the volume of fluid model,the transport characteristics of wet steam in these configurations were investigated.The pressure,flow velocity,and density distributions of the steam along the pipe at different volume fractions were analyzed,and the uniformity of steam outflow under different operating conditions was studied.The results showed that in the vertical supply pipe,pressure gradually increased from the inlet to the end,whereas in the horizontal supply pipe,pressure was high at the inlet and low on both sides of pipe;moreover,as the volumetric fraction of the steam decreased,the pressure became more uniform on both sides.The six-hole horizontal supply configuration achieved the most uniform flow distribution under the current model settings.Density analysis revealed that decreasing the steam volumetric fraction significantly increased the outlet moisture content in the horizontal supply system.This study provides a reference for the design of water humidification equipment and research on along-the-route steam outflow in a multioutlet pipe,offering a theoretical basis for related multiphase outflow scenarios paths.
