血液透析患者采用血管通路核心护理团队联合Roy适应模式干预的效果OA

Objective To explore the application values of the core vascular access nursing team combined with Roy ad-aptation model intervention for hemodialysis patients.Methods A total of 248 hemodialysis patients from West China Hospital of Sichuan University between January 2024 and June 2025 were recruited and randomly assigned to a control group(CG,n=124)and an observation group(OG,n=124)using a random number table.CG received routine nursing intervention,while OG received the intervention of the core vascular access nursing team combined with the Roy adaptation model.The psychological status,sleep quality,self-management ability,incidence of complications,quality of life,and patient satisfaction were compared.Results After the intervention,both groups showed a downward trend in HAMA and HAMD scores,and the decrease in OG was more significant than that in CG(P＜0.05).PSQI scores decreased in both groups,and OG had a lower score compared with CG(P＜0.05).ES-CA scores of both groups increased,and OG had higher scores than CG(P＜0.05).The incidence of complications was lower in OG than in CG(P＜0.05).After the post-intervention evaluation,it was found that SF-36 scores in both groups increased com-pared with the baseline levels,and the increasing trend in OG was more notable than that in CG(P＜0.05).The satisfaction of pa-tients in OG was higher than that in CG(P＜0.05).Conclusion Implementing the core vascular access nursing team combined with the Roy adaptation model intervention mode for hemodialysis patients can not only relieve adverse psychological states and im-prove sleep quality but also enhance their self-management ability,effectively control complications,and improve their quality of life.
