黄河流域河南段农业新质生产力与生态保护耦合协调研究OA
Coupling coordination between new quality productive forces in agriculture and ecological protection in the Henan section of the Yellow River Basin
为探究黄河流域农业高质量发展进程中农业新质生产力与生态保护的耦合关系,选取黄河流域河南段 8 个地级市 2014-2023 年面板数据,构建农业新质生产力与生态保护评价指标体系,采用熵值法、耦合协调度模型、障碍度模型与灰色关联分析法,系统分析两者的耦合演化特征、障碍因子及驱动机制.结果表明:黄河流域河南段农业新质生产力与生态保护耦合协调水平总体稳步提升,2023 年耦合协调度均值提升至 0.930,呈现"由失调向协调"的演进趋势;三门峡、郑州协调水平较高,焦作、濮阳协调水平相对较低,区域差异显著;双系统发展存在结构性错位,部分地级市农业发展快于生态保护;共性驱动因子包括农村可再生能源应用与高标准农田建设,滞后区域则更依赖水资源调控与能源结构优化.据此,从分区协同、技术渗透、资源调控与内生驱动四方面提出政策建议,以推动黄河流域农业绿色转型与高质量发展协同并进.
To explore the coupling relationship between new quality productive forces in agriculture and ecological protection during high-quality agricultural development in the Yellow River Basin,this study utilized panel data(2014-2023)from eight prefecture-level cities in the Henan section.It constructed evaluation index systems for both agricultural new quality productive forces and ecological protection.Meth-ods including the entropy weight method,the coupling coordination degree model,the obstacle degree model,and grey relational analysis were employed to systematically examine the coupling evolution characteristics,obstacle factors,and driving mechanisms.The results indicate that:The coupling coordination level between agricultural new quality productive forces and ecological protection in the Henan sec-tion of the Yellow River Basin improved steadily overall,with the average coordination degree rising to 0.930 by 2023,showing a transition from disorder to coordination.Sanmenxia and Zhengzhou exhibited higher coordination,while Jiaozuo and Puyang lagged relatively,revealing significant regional disparities.Structural misalignment was observed,with agricultural development outpacing ecological protection in some cities.Common driving factors included rural renewable energy application and high-standard farmland construction,whereas lagging regions relied more on water resource regulation and energy structure optimization.Accordingly,policy recommendations focus on regional synergy,technological penetration,resource regulation,and endogenous drive to facilitate the synergistic advancement of green agricultural transformation and high-quality development in the Yellow River Basin.
