AI赋能下ERP与MES协同的制造业信息化管理模型研究OA

研究以制造业数字化转型为背景,针对企业端存在的信息孤岛、方案难复用、价值转化低等问题,结合制造业务流程特点,构建 AI赋能的制造业信息化管理模型.结果表明,该三维协同模型可打破计划与执行层数据壁垒,实现生产全流程数据共享与业务闭环;AI核心协同机制能提升决策科学性,降低企业运营成本.模型遵循 7 大构建原则,对中小制造企业适配性良好,ERP与 MES 系统深度融合时,企业整体效益最优,可显著优化订单响应周期与生产运营成本.

Against the backdrop of the digital transformation of the manufacturing industry,this research builds an AI-enabled manufacturing information management model,so as to address the problems of isolated information islands,difficult reuse of solutions,and low value transformation on the enterprise side.The results show that the three-dimensional collaborative model can break down data barriers at the planning and execution levels,and realize data sharing and business closed-loop throughout the production process;the AI core collaborative mechanism can improve the scientific nature of decision-making and reduce enterprise operating costs.The model follows seven construction principles and is well adaptable to small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises.When ERP and MES systems are deeply integrated,the overall benefits of the enterprise are optimal,and the order response cycle and production and operation costs can be significantly optimized.
