The typical air route area in Central Hebei is a core low-altitude corridor in northern China,with demands for both low-altitude economic development and ecological water resource security.The low-altitude convective characteristics of this region impose professional requirements on the precision and adaptability of rain and snow enhancement operations,which traditional methods struggle to meet,limiting cloud water resource exploitation.To improve the efficiency of medium-sized UAV rain and snow enhancement operations and promote technological application,this study analyzes regional low-altitude convective features,integrates the technical advantages of UAVs,and constructs an optimized operation plan covering timing and airspace selection,while establishing a full-process operation support and coordination mechanism.Research indicates that the technical strengths of medium-sized UAVs can precisely align with regional operational needs,with the optimized plan enhancing scientific rigor and effectiveness,providing support for safeguard mechanisms.The findings offer technical and practical guidance for regional cloud water resource development,facilitate the operational implementation of UAV rain and snow enhancement technology,serve as a reference for similar technology promotion,and advance the coordinated development of regional low-altitude economy and ecology.
