用于内照射剂量计算的Beagle犬模型构建及相关剂量系数计算OA
建立一个基于蒙特卡罗方法进行内照射剂量计算的犬类体素模型并计算相关剂量系数.采用一只雌性 Beagle 犬的CT 断层扫描图片,对图片进行组织、器官识别,分割出的组织或器官主要包括子宫、卵巢、膀胱、脾脏、肝脏、肾脏、胃、胆囊、心脏、肺、甲状腺和脑等,再对同一组织或器官用一种颜色着色,最后在蒙特卡罗程序 MCNP中赋予一定的物理属性.建立一个可以满足临床前动物器官内照射剂量估算的体素模型,此模型器官数量为 12 个,体素大小为 1.05 mm×0.68 mm×2 mm.Beagle 犬体素模型的建立为后续计算不同靶器官均匀分布不同放射性药物计算比有效能 SEE 值和吸收剂量等相关剂量系数奠定基础.
To establish a canine voxel model for internal exposure dose calculation based on Monte Carlo method and calculate related dose coefficients.A CT tomographic image of a female Beagle dog was used to identify tissues and organs.The segmented tissues or organs mainly included uterus,ovaries,bladder,spleen,liver,kidney,stomach,gallbladder,heart,lung,thyroid,brain,etc.,and then the same tissue or organ was colored with one color,and finally certain physical attributes were assigned in the Monte Carlo program MCNP.A voxel model was established that could meet the requirements for pre-clinical dose estimation in animal organs.The number of organs in this model was 12 and the voxel size was 1.05 mm×0.68 mm×2 mm.The establishment of a voxel phantom for the Beagle dog lays the foundation for subsequent calculations of dose-related coefficients,including the specific effective energy(SEE)values and absorbed doses for different target organs uniformly distributed with various radiopharmaceuticals.
