柠条长角象体表真菌的分离及初步鉴定OA
Isolation and Preliminary Identification of Fungi on the Body Surface of Trigonorhinus sp.
本研究通过分析柠条长角象(Trigonorhinus sp.)体表真菌的物种组成,明确柠条长角象体表携带真菌情况,为柠条长角象体表真菌资源的开发利用及潜在价值研究提供科学依据.通过对柠条长角象体表真菌的分离培养,观察其形态特征并结合基于ITS序列分析的分子鉴定方法进行鉴定分类.经分离培养纯化,获得5株真菌,经鉴定分别为球毛壳菌(Chaetomium globosum)、层出镰刀菌(Fusarium proliferatum)、粉红单端孢菌(Trichothecium roseum)、少根根霉(Rhizopus arrhizus).其中,层出镰刀菌(Fusarium proliferatum)、粉红单端孢菌(Trichothecium roseum)、少根根霉(Rhizopus arrhizus)均为植物病原菌,能诱发寄主植物病害,危害其健康,球毛壳菌(Chaetomium globosum)和粉红单端孢菌(Trichothecium roseum)可作为生防菌对病原真菌有抑制作用.
In this study,the species composition of fungi on the surface of Trigonorhinus sp.investigated to determine the fungi carried by the insect,providing a scientific basis for the development,utilization,and potential value assessment of these fungal resources.Through the isolation and culture of surface fungi from Trigonorhinus sp.,the morphological characteristics were observed and the molecular identification method based on ITS sequence analysis was performed.After purification,five fungal strains were obtained and identified as Chaetomium globosum,Fusarium proliferatum,Trichothecium roseum and Rhizopus arrhizus.Among them,Fusarium proliferatum,Trichothecium roseum and Rhizopus arrhizus are plant pathogens capable of inducing diseases in their host plants and compromising their health,while.Chaetomium globosum and Trichothecium roseum have potential as biocontrol agents with inhibitory effects against pathogenic fungi.
