随着我国果园规模化、标准化、密植矮化发展,植保、采摘等环节对智能农机自动化水平的需求日益迫切,自主导航成为果园农机智能化升级的关键技术.果园垄间属于非结构化环境,光照多变、枝叶遮挡等强干扰因素限制了传统导航方式的应用,机器视觉具有成本低、环境适配性强等优势,是果园垄间导航的主流技术路线.文中梳理了近几年基于U-Net网络的果园垄间导航线检测研究进展与相关方法,介绍了语义分割模型的核心评价指标及数据集制作方法,重点阐述基于U-Net的语义分割方法及其改进策略,详细总结垄间道路边缘确定与导航线拟合的关键技术及适用场景,分析了当前研究存在的不足并展望未来发展方向,为果园智能农机视觉导航技术的进一步优化提供参考.

With the development of orchard scale,standardization,close planting and dwarfing in China,the demand for the automation level of intelligent agricultural machinery in plant protection,picking and other links is increasingly urgent.Autonomous navigation has become the key technology for the intelligent upgrading of orchard agricultural machinery.Orchard ridge is an unstructured environment,and the application of traditional navigation methods is limited by strong interference factors such as variable lighting and shading of branches and leaves.Machine vision has the advantages of low cost and strong environmental adaptability,and is the mainstream technology route of orchard ridge navigation.This paper reviews the research progress and related methods of orchard ridge navigation line detection based on U-Net network in recent years.This paper first introduces the core evaluation indexes of semantic segmentation model and the method of data set production,and focuses on the semantic segmentation method based on U-Net and its improvement strategies,and summarizes the key technologies and application scenarios of road edge determination and navigation line fitting between ridges in detail.Finally,the shortcomings of the current research are analyzed and the future development direction is prospected,which provides reference for the further optimization of visual navigation technology of orchard intelligent agricultural machinery.
