基于DSSAT模型的张掖制种玉米参数敏感性分析OA
Sensitivity Analysis of Parameters for Hybrid Maize Production in Zhangye Based on the DSSAT Model
为探究甘肃省张掖地区制种玉米的生长需求,对农业技术转化决策系统(DSSAT-CERES-Maize)模型参数进行敏感性分析.通过对玉米模型的参数设置取值范围,根据取值范围确立水平设置,对不同阶段的生长进行玉米的生长模拟,重点探究各参数对玉米产量和叶面积指数(LAI)的影响,选择运用于制种玉米模型的最优生长参数.综合分析模拟结果表明:遗传参数中,G3(潜在最大灌浆速率)、P5(吐丝至生理成熟积温)对产量敏感性最高,G3可使产量波动于6040~12922kg·hm-2;P1(非感光幼苗期积温)、PHINT(叶片出现间隔系数)对LAI敏感,P1能使LAI从2.9升至6.1.土壤参数中,根系生长因子(SRGF)、土壤肥力系数(SLPF)对二者影响显著,SRGF可使产量增幅达9348.49kg·hm-2,而土壤反照率(SALB)≤0.17、排水率(SLDR)≤0.66可避免减产.本研究明确了影响张掖制种玉米产量与LAI的关键敏感参数,为DSSAT模型本地化及西北干旱区制种玉米精准生产提供技术支撑.
To explore the growth requirements of hybrid seed maize in Zhangye,Gansu Province,a sensitivity analysis was carried out on the parameters of the Decision Support System for Agrotechnology Transfer(DSSAT-CERES-Maize)model.The value ranges of the maize model parameters were defined,and the factor levels were determined according to these ranges.Maize growth simulations were performed for different growth stages,with a focus on investigating the effects of each parameter on maize yield and leaf area index(LAI),so as to screen out the optimal growth parameters applicable to the hybrid seed maize model.Comprehensive analysis of the simulation results indicates that among the genetic parameters,G3(potential maximum grain-filling rate)and P5(accumulated temperature from silking to physiological maturity)show the highest sensitivity to yield;specifically,G3 can cause the yield to fluctuate between 6040 kg·hm-2 and 12922 kg·hm-2.P1(accumulated temperature during the photoperiod-insensitive seedling stage)and PHINT(phyllochron interval)are sensitive to LAI,and P1 can increase LAI from 2.9 to 6.1.Among the soil parameters,the root growth factor(SRGF)and soil fertility coefficient(SLPF)have significant impacts on both yield and LAI;SRGF can increase the yield by 9348.49 kg·hm-2.In addition,to avoid yield reduction,the soil albedo(SALB)should be≤0.17 and the soil drainage rate(SLDR)should be≤0.66.This study clarifies the key sensitive parameters affecting the yield and LAI of hybrid seed maize in Zhangye,which provides technical support for the localization of the DSSAT model and the precise production of hybrid seed maize in the arid areas of Northwest China.
