为了解0.25 mg/kg雷公藤甲素颗粒剂对农田害鼠的防治效果,评估其田间持效性、适口性和安全性,给下一步农田灭鼠工作的开展提供技术储备和替代药剂.在贵州省三都水族自治县开展了田间药效试验,全面评价0.25 mg/kg雷公藤甲素颗粒剂对农田害鼠的防治效果及对非靶标生物的安全性.结果表明:0.25 mg/kg雷公藤甲素颗粒剂对农田害鼠具有一定的控制效果,投药后30、60、90 d捕获率控制效果分别为60.10%、71.03%、63.04%,以投药后60d控制效果最好,投药后90d仍有明显控制效果,田间持效时间较长.同时,该药剂对害鼠怀孕率具有一定的控制效果,投药后30~90 d怀孕率控制效果为50.00%~100.00%.该药剂适口性较好,5 d平均盗食率、取食率分别为24.27%、49.09%,且对非靶标生物安全,安全性好.0.25 mg/kg雷公藤甲素颗粒剂是农田鼠害绿色防控的理想选择,可作为农田害鼠交替使用的灭鼠剂进行大面积推广,在应急防控中,可结合使用高效、低毒、低残留的抗凝血杀鼠剂.

To determine the control effect of 0.25 mg/kg triptolide granules against farmland rodents and evaluate its field persistence,palatability and safety,and to provide technical support and alternative products for future farmland rodent control,the field efficacy trials were carried out in Sandu County,Guizhou Province to comprehensively evaluate the control effect of 0.25 mg/kg triptolide granules against farmland rodents and the safety to non-target organisms.The results showed that 0.25 mg/kg triptolide granules had a certain control effect on farmland rodents.The control effects based on trapping rate at 30 d,60 d and 90 d after application were 60.10%,71.03%and 63.04%,respectively.The best control effect was observed at 60 d after application,and a clear control effect remained at 90 d after application,indicating relatively long field persistence.At the same time,the granules also showed a certain inhibitory effect on rodent pregnancy rate,with control effect ranging from 50.00%to 100.00%during 30~90 days of application.The product showed good palatability,with average removal rate and feeding rate over 5 days of 24.27%and 49.09%,respectively.It was also safe to non-target organisms.Overall,0.25 mg/kg triptolide granules are an ideal option for the green control of farmland rodents and can be widely promoted as a rodenticide for rotational use in farmland.For emergency control,they may be used in combination with highly effective,low-toxicity and low-residue anticoagulant rodenticides.
