高效液相色谱分析15％呋虫胺·双丙环虫酯微乳剂含量方法研究OA
Method Development for the Determination of Dinotefuran·Afidopyropen 15％ ME
本文中,建立了测定15％呋虫胺·双丙环虫酯微乳剂的质量分数同柱分析方法,采用高效液相色谱法,以甲醇和水溶液为流动相,使用C18/5 μm为填充料的不锈钢柱和可调波长紫外检测器,在波长为240nm下对呋虫胺和双丙环虫酯进行定量分析.结果表明,呋虫胺和双丙环虫酯的标准曲线线性相关系数均为0.999 95,标准偏差分别为0.064 6％和0.515 5％,变异系数分别为0.011 7％和0.361 2％,平均回收率分别为100.48％和99.44％.
In this paper,an analytical method was established for the simultaneous determination of dinotefuran and afidopyropen in a 15％micro-emulsions(ME)formulation.Quantitative analysis was performed by high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)with a variable-wavelength UV detector at 240 nm,using methanol and water as the mobile phase and a stainless steel column filled with C18(5 μm).The results showed that the linear correlation coefficients of the calibration curves for both analytes were 0.999 95.The standard deviation of 0.064 6％and 0.515 5％,the variation coefficient of 0.011 7％and 0.361 2％,the average recovery of 100.48％and 99.44％were obtained for dinotefuran and afidopyropen,respectively.
