高效液相色谱分析15%呋虫胺·双丙环虫酯微乳剂含量方法研究OA
Method Development for the Determination of Dinotefuran·Afidopyropen 15% ME
本文中,建立了测定15%呋虫胺·双丙环虫酯微乳剂的质量分数同柱分析方法,采用高效液相色谱法,以甲醇和水溶液为流动相,使用C18/5 μm为填充料的不锈钢柱和可调波长紫外检测器,在波长为240nm下对呋虫胺和双丙环虫酯进行定量分析.结果表明,呋虫胺和双丙环虫酯的标准曲线线性相关系数均为0.999 95,标准偏差分别为0.064 6%和0.515 5%,变异系数分别为0.011 7%和0.361 2%,平均回收率分别为100.48%和99.44%.
In this paper,an analytical method was established for the simultaneous determination of dinotefuran and afidopyropen in a 15%micro-emulsions(ME)formulation.Quantitative analysis was performed by high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)with a variable-wavelength UV detector at 240 nm,using methanol and water as the mobile phase and a stainless steel column filled with C18(5 μm).The results showed that the linear correlation coefficients of the calibration curves for both analytes were 0.999 95.The standard deviation of 0.064 6%and 0.515 5%,the variation coefficient of 0.011 7%and 0.361 2%,the average recovery of 100.48%and 99.44%were obtained for dinotefuran and afidopyropen,respectively.
