To evaluate the safety of trifloxystrobin and tebuconazole applied to pomegranates,a liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(LC-MS/MS)method was established,and field residue trials were conducted at four locations over one year.The results showed that at 14,21,and 28 days after the last application,the residual levels of trifloxystrobin(including trifloxystrobin acid)in pomegranate seed samples were all<0.020 4 mg/kg,and the residual levels of tebuconazole were all<0.01 mg/kg.In whole pomegranate fruit,at 14 days,the residual levels of trifloxystrobin(including trifloxystrobin acid)ranged from 0.025 0 to 0.086 2 mg/kg,and the residual levels of tebuconazole ranged from 0.029 4 to 0.207 mg/kg.At 21 days,the residual levels of trifloxystrobin(including trifloxystrobin acid)in whole pomegranate fruit ranged from<0.020 4 to 0.124 mg/kg,and the residual levels of tebuconazole ranged from<0.01 to 0.247 mg/kg.At 28 days,the residual levels of trifloxystrobin(including trifloxystrobin acid)in whole pomegranate fruit ranged from<0.020 4 to 0.113 mg/kg,and the residual levels of tebuconazole ranged from<0.01 to 0.172 mg/kg.Dietary risk assessment showed that the national estimated daily intake(NEDI)of trifloxystrobin accounted for 12.6%of the acceptable daily intake(ADI),indicating a low dietary risk.For tebuconazole,the NEDI accounted for 28.3%of the ADI,indicating a low dietary risk.This study provides a scientific basis for the rational use of trifloxystrobin and tebuconazole on pomegranates.
