风能作为无污染、可再生的清洁能源,在缓解气候变暖和能源短缺等问题上发挥着重要作用,具有巨大开发利用潜能.然而,风电场的建设和运营会对周围环境及区域内生物多样性造成不可避免的影响,其中:风电场运行过程所产生的电磁、噪声对动物尤其是鸟类的影响及其响应机制尚无清晰全面的综述.对有关风电场噪声和电磁辐射与鸟类关系的文献进行了系统整理,归纳总结了风电场噪声和电磁辐射对鸟类影响的多重效应及其潜在机制.风电场噪声会通过引发鸟类的生理应激反应、造成声学掩盖效应、干扰其能量分配等机制对鸟类生理、行为、繁殖等产生影响;电磁辐射可通过干扰鸟类迁徙导航与繁殖行为,导致其定向能力紊乱和生殖成功率下降.鸟类也可通过行为调节对风电场运行过程中产生的噪声和电磁辐射的潜在不良影响形成一定适应性.从促进绿色能源发展与生物多样性保护协同共赢的角度,建议从优化风电场选址、采用对鸟类友好的设备类型,以及改进风机技术等方面协同入手,以削减噪声和电磁辐射对鸟类产生的负面影响.

Wind energy,as a pollution-free and renewable clean energy source,plays a significant role in alleviating issues such as climate warming and energy shortage,and has great potential for development and utilization.However,the construction and operation of wind farms inevitably have an impact on the surrounding environment and the biodiversity within the area.Among these,the impact of electromagnetic and noise generated during the operation of wind farms on animals,especially birds,and their response mechanisms have not yet been clearly and comprehensively reviewed.A systematic review of the literature on the relationship between wind farm noise and electromagnetic radiation and birds had been conducted,and the multiple effects and potential mechanisms of wind farm noise and electromagnetic radiation on the physiology,behavior,reproduction,etc.of birds had been summarized.Wind farm noise could affect birds through mechanisms such as triggering physiological stress responses,causing acoustic masking effects,and interfering with their energy distribution;electromagnetic radiation could disrupt the migration navigation and reproductive behaviors of birds,leading to disordered orientation ability and decreased reproductive success.Birds could also adapt to the potential adverse effects of noise and electromagnetic radiation generated during the operation of wind farms through behavioral regulation.From the perspective of promoting the coordinated win-win development of green energy and biodiversity protection,it is suggested to start by optimizing the location of wind farms,adopting equipment types that are friendly to birds,and improving wind turbine technology,in order to effectively reduce the negative impact of noise and electromagnetic radiation on birds.
