大豆成苗期耐盐碱种质综合评价OA

Comprehensive Evaluation of Soybean Germplasms for Saline-Alkali Tolerance at Seedling Stage

大豆成苗期是指从种子萌发到子叶形成的生长阶段.盐碱胁迫严重影响大豆种子萌发与成苗,建立成苗期耐盐碱评价方法,对于耐盐碱大豆种质筛选及品种选育至关重要.以144份大豆种质为材料,通过测定萌发相关指标,结合多元统计分析进行综合评价.结果表明:相对发芽势、相对发芽率、相对成苗率、相对活力指数、相对芽干质量、相对根干质量6项指标间存在显著正相关关系,前4个主成分的累计贡献率达89%,可全面反映大豆成苗期耐盐碱相关的遗传信息;基于综合评价F值,将144份大豆种质聚类划分为4个类群,其中耐盐碱类群18份、中度耐盐碱类群36份、中度盐碱敏感类群60份、极度盐碱敏感类群30份;通过逐步回归分析筛选出大豆成苗期耐盐碱的核心评价指标,构建的综合评价模型可有效预测大豆成苗期的耐盐碱性.

The soybean seedling stage refers to the growth period from seed germination to cotyledon formation.Saline-alkali stress severely impairs soybean seed germination and seedling establishment.Establishing an evaluation method for saline-alkali tolerance at the soybean seedling stage is crucial for screening saline-alkali-tolerant soybean germplasms and variety breeding.In this study,144 soybean germplasm resources were used as materials.Germination-related indicators were determined,and comprehensive evaluation was conducted combined with multivariate statistical analysis.The results showed that there were significant positive correlations among the six indicators.The cumulative contribution rate of the first four principal components reached 89%,which could fully reflect the genetic information related to saline-alkali tolerance in soybean during the seedling stage.Based on the comprehensive evaluation F-values,the 144 soybean germplasms were clustered into four groups,including 18 saline-alkali-tolerant accessions,36 moderately tolerant accessions,60 moderately saline-alkali-sensitive accessions,and 30 extremely sensitive accessions.Stepwise regression analysis screened the core evaluation indicators for saline-alkali tolerance at the soybean seedling stage,and the constructed comprehensive evaluation model could effectively predict the saline-alkali tolerance of soy-beans at this stage.
