乙型肝炎相关性肝细胞癌枢纽基因及靶向药物的筛选OA
Screening of Hub Genes and Targeted Drugs for Hepatitis B-Related Hepatocellular Carcinoma
中国国家癌症中心统计数据表明,肝细胞癌(Hepatocellular carcinoma,HCC)发病率居国内恶性肿瘤第4位,死亡率位列第2位.乙型肝炎病毒(Hepatitis B virus,HBV)感染者为肝癌高危人群,但乙肝相关肝细胞癌(HBV-related HCC)的发病机制尚不清楚.阐明发病机制、发明靶向药物对疾病诊疗意义重大.现借助生物信息学筛选HBV相关HCC关键靶点,并通过反向网络药理学分析,挖掘靶点对应的治疗药物,为HBV相关HCC患者的个体化精准治疗提供生物信息学理论支撑.
According to statistics from the National Cancer Center of China,hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)ranks fourth in incidence and second in mortality among all malignant tumors in China.Patients with hepatitis B virus(HBV)infection are classified as a high-risk population for HCC;however,the pathogenesis of HBV-related HCC remains in-completely understood.Elucidating the underlying mechanisms and identifying effective targeted agents are of great sig-nificance for the diagnosis and treatment of this disease.In this study,bioinformatics approaches were employed to screen key targets associated with HBV-related HCC,and reverse network pharmacology analysis was subsequently ap-plied to predict potential therapeutic drugs corresponding to these targets,to provide a bioinformatics-based theoretical foundation for personalized and precision treatment of HBV-related HCC patients.
