质控与教学融合:提升规培学员麻醉安全胜任力的闭环策略探索OA

Standardized residency training is the cornerstone for cultivating anesthesiology professionals.However,there is a contradiction between the insufficient clinical experience of trainees and the high risks of anesthesia safety.The traditional teaching model often places trainees in a passive position of knowledge reception,while the modern anesthesia quality control(QC)system emphasizes full participation by all staff throughout the entire process.This paper proposes that integrating the concepts,tools,and methods of anesthesia quality control systematically and prospectively into the entire process of standardized training for residents is a key strategy to resolve the above contradiction and improve the overall safety level.By constructing a tripartite model of structured teaching-process-based quality control-feedback assessment loop,trainees can be transformed from passive safety management objects to active safety practitioners and system improvement participants.This paper elaborates the implementation pathways of this model,aiming to provide a theoretical framework and practical reference for achieving a virtuous cycle of enabling safety through teaching and quality control feeding back into teaching.
