减碳环保可染花灰赛络集聚纱工艺研究OA
Process research of carbon reduction and environmental protection dyeable heather siro compact yarn
为解决单染棉布面易出现横档及印染环节水污染的问题,开发减碳环保可染花灰纱产品.首先,优选原液着色涤纶和本色棉混纺,采用环形混棉及二次上盘排包的方法,保证原料混和更加均匀;其次,对E66型精梳机进行改造,创新设计了精梳撕条打包装置,缩短工艺流程,提高生产效率.生产中加强过程控制与把关,各工序以减少损伤为原则进行各项工艺优化,成功纺制出JC/T 60/40 14.8 tex减碳环保可染花灰赛络集聚针织纱.所制备的纱线花灰颜色错落有致,层次丰富,强力较高,棉结少,纱体紧致光洁,完全满足后续织造使用要求.该纺纱工艺减少了染色用水污染和染色用能,节约了能耗和排污成本,同时满足消费者对环保、个性化、颜色多样性的追求.
To address the problems of frequent weft bar defects on single-dyed cotton fabrics and water pollution caused by dyeing and finishing processes,a carbon reduction and environmental protection dyeable heather siro compact yarn was developed.Firstly,solution-dyed polyester and natural-colored cotton were selected for blending,circular blending and secondary lay-down bale arrangement were adopted to achieve more uniform blending of raw materials.Secondly,modifications were carried out on the E66 comber,and a combed sliver tearing and baling device was designed innovatively,which shortened the production process and improved manufacturing efficiency.Strict in-process control and quality inspection were implemented during production,all process parameters were optimized on the premise of minimizing fiber damage.Consequently,JC/T 60/40 14.8 tex carbon reduction and environmental protection dyeable heather siro compact knitting yarn was successfully spun.The prepared yarn presented a distinct and varied color pattern,rich in layers,high strength,few neps,a tight and smooth yarn structure.It fully met the requirements for subsequent weaving applications.This spinning process reduced water pollution and energy consumption during dyeing,saved energy and sewage costs.Meanwhile,it satisfied consumers' demands for environmental friendliness,personalized styles and diversified colors.
