信息技术赋能下数字平台使用对生态旅游参与意愿的影响研究OA
The impact of information technology-enabled digital platform use on ecotourism participation intention
随着信息技术深度赋能旅游业,数字平台的资源质量、交互体验成为影响游客生态旅游参与意愿的关键因素.文章基于刺激—机体—反应理论(SOR)与技术接受模型(TAM),以数字化生态旅游潜在游客为调研对象,运用偏最小二乘结构方程模型(PLS-SEM)检验数字平台使用对游客生态旅游参与意愿及信息传播行为的作用机制.研究发现:(1)平台资源质量与平台交互渠道显著影响了游客的技术接受度,其中平台资源质量作用更为突出,对感知易用性和感知有用性的路径系数分别为0.628和0.387;(2)感知易用性与感知有用性均显著正向影响游客的生态旅游参与意愿,不安全感则产生负向影响;(3)游客的生态旅游参与意愿进一步显著促进信息传播行为,且平台资源质量与平台交互渠道主要通过技术接受度与参与意愿的间接影响传播行为,形成"技术刺激—心理认知—行为响应"的传导路径.基于此,文章提出政策启示:生态旅游类的数字平台应加强内容生态建设,提升信息的真实性、专业性与场景呈现质量;优化交互流程与功能设计,降低使用门槛和不安全感;构建多方协同的数字治理机制,以促进生态旅游参与转化、传播与可持续发展.
With the deep empowerment of information technology in the tourism industry,the resource quality and interactive experience of digital platforms have become key factors shaping tourists'intention to participate in ecotourism.Drawing on the Stimulus-Organism-Response(SOR)framework and the Technology Acceptance Model(TAM),this paper took potential tourists of digital ecotourism as the research object,and used Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling(PLS-SEM)to test the mechanism of the effect of digital platform use on tourists'willingness to participate in ecotourism and their information-sharing behavior.The study found that:(1)Both platform resource quality and interaction channels significantly enhanced tourists'technology acceptance,with platform resource quality exerting a stronger effect,its path coefficients for perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness were 0.628 and 0.387,respectively.(2)Perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness both had significant positive effects on tourists'ecotourism participation intention,whereas insecurity had a negative effect.(3)Tourists'ecotourism participation intention further promoted information-sharing behaviour,and the effects of platform resource quality and interaction channels on information-sharing behaviour were mainly transmitted indirectly through technology acceptance and participation intention,thereby confirming a transmission path of"technological stimulus-psychological cognition-behavioural response".Policy implications:Digital platforms for ecotourism should strengthen content ecosystems construction and improve the authenticity,professionalism and contextual presentation of information,optimise interaction processes and functional design to lower usage barriers and reduce insecurity,and build collaborative digital governance mechanisms among multiple stakeholders to facilitate ecotourism participation,information diffusion and sustainable development.
