数字经济赋能林业产业融合发展:影响效应与机制分析OA
Digital economy empowering integrated development of forestry industry:an analysis of impacts and mechanisms
数字经济是推动林业高质量发展的强劲动力,厘清其与林业产业融合的关系,对于促进生态产业转型和实现乡村振兴具有重要意义.基于2012-2021年中国30个省份的面板数据,文章构建指标体系评估数字经济与林业产业融合水平,并通过计量模型实证检验其影响机制及区域差异.结果表明:(1)数字经济与林业产业融合呈现显著的倒"U"型关系,拐点值为0.3887.在拐点左侧,数字经济显著促进林业产业融合,边际效应为0.8300;跨越拐点后,数字经济显著抑制林业产业融合,边际效应为-1.7340.(2)数字经济通过三重机制驱动林业产业融合:缓解信息不对称路径中,林业有害生物防治率显著促进产业融合,边际效应为0.0376;平台经济路径中,电商企业占比显著促进产业融合,边际效应为0.4491;产业结构升级路径中,三产与二产之比显著促进产业融合,边际效应为0.0001.(3)数字经济对林业产业融合的影响存在显著的区域差异.东部地区数字经济已呈现抑制效应,边际效应为-1.1050;中西部地区数字经济的影响不显著;南方地区和北方地区均表现为显著促进,但南方地区的促进作用(边际效应为0.7852)强于北方地区(边际效应为0.6434).文章系统揭示了数字经济对林业产业融合的倒"U"型非线性影响、三重传导机制(缓解信息不对称、优化产业结构、构建平台经济)及显著的区域异质性,丰富了数字经济赋能林业产业融合的理论与经验证据.政策启示:加强数字经济与生态保护的协调发展,深化数字经济在林业中的应用,缩小并弥合地区数字经济鸿沟,为实现乡村振兴和生态文明建设目标提供支撑.
Digital economy is a potent driver in advancing the high-quality development of the forestry sector.Clarifying its integration mechanism with forestry industry holds significant importance for promoting ecological industry transformation and rural revitalization.This paper focuses on the key question of whether and how digital economy can help forestry industry overcome traditional development bottlenecks and achieve integrated development,and whether its impact exhibits nonlinear characteristics and regional differences.Based on panel data from 30 provinces in China from 2012 to 2021,this paper constructed an indicator system to assess the integration level of digital economy and forestry industry.It employed econometric models to empirically analyze the mechanisms of influence and regional differences.The results showed that:(1)The relationship between digital economy and forestry industry integration exhibited a significant inverted U-shaped pattern,with an inflection point at 0.3887.On the left side of the inflection point,digital economy significantly promoted forestry industry integration,with a marginal effect of 0.8300.Beyond the inflection point,digital economy significantly inhibited forestry industry integration,with a marginal effect of-1.7340.(2)Digital economy drove forestry industry integration through three mechanisms.In the pathway of alleviating information asymmetry,the forest pest control rate significantly promoted industrial integration,with a marginal effect of 0.0376.In the pathway of building platform economy,the share of e-commerce enterprises significantly promoted industrial integration,with a marginal effect of 0.4491.In the industrial structure upgrading pathway,the ratio of the tertiary industry to the secondary industry significantly promoted industrial integration,with a marginal effect of 0.0001.(3)Significant regional differences existed in the impact of digital economy on forestry industry integration.In the eastern region,digital economy exhibited an inhibitory effect,with a marginal effect of-1.1050.In the central and western regions,the impact of digital economy was not significant.Both the southern and northern regions showed significant promotion,but the promoting effect in the southern region(marginal effect 0.7852)was stronger than that in the northern region(marginal effect 0.6434).This paper systematically revealed the inverted U-shaped nonlinear impact of digital economy on forestry industry integration,the triple transmission mechanisms and the significant regional heterogeneity,thereby enriching the theoretical and empirical evidence of digital economy empowering forestry industry integration.Policy implications:strengthen the coordinated development of digital economy and ecological protection,deepen the application of digital economy in forestry,and narrow the regional digital divide,so as to provide support for achieving rural revitalization and ecological civilization construction goals.
