茯苓治疗高尿酸血症及痛风的药理作用与机制研究OA

Hyperuricemia and gout,as prevalent metabolic disorders,are increasingly affecting global populations and posing significant threats to human health.While Western medicine offers effective symptomatic control,long-term use is often accompanied by adverse effects such as hepatorenal impairment and gastrointestinal reactions,along with poor patient compliance.Fuling(Poria),a traditional Chinese medicine,is renowned for its diuretic,dampness-eliminating,spleen-invigorating,and mind-calming properties.Recent pharmacological studies have revealed that Fuling(Poria)exhibits multi-component,multi-target,and multi-pathway characteristics in the treatment of hyperuricemia and gout.This article systematically reviews the research progress on the modern pharmacological effects and underlying mechanisms of Fuling(Poria)in treating hyperuricemia and gout,with emphasis on its roles in inhibiting uric acid production,promoting uric acid excretion,exerting anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects,protecting renal function,and regulating gut microbiota.Furthermore,this review delves into the theoretical basis of Fuling(Poria)in treating hyperuricemia and gout from the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine theory,providing a more comprehensive theoretical foundation for its clinical application.This article aims to integrate existing research findings to highlight the unique advantages of Fuling(Poria)as a multi-target integrative regulator,thereby offering valuable references for its further investigation and clinical use in the management of hyperuricemia and gout.
