白芍治疗神经病理性疼痛抑郁共病药理机制研究OA

Neuropathic pain(NP)and major depressive disorder(MDD)are both clinically high morbidity diseases,which are often accompanied by the formation of common diseases,which seriously affect the physical and mental health of patients,but the existing treatments are ineffective and have adverse reactions to some patients.Traditional Chinese medicine has a long history and good effect in the treatment of pain and depression.In traditional Chinese medicine,NP is classified as"pain syndrome"and MDD as"depression syndrome".It is considered that both of them are closely related to the poor operation of Qi and blood.Traditional Chinese medicine Baishao(Paeoniae Radix Alba)has many effects such as nourishing blood and regulating menstruation,softening liver and relieving pain.It can be widely used in the treatment of pain and depression by regulating Qi and promoting blood circulation,soothing liver and relieving depression and other methods.Modern pharmacological studies have further revealed that Baishao(Paeoniae Radix Alba)can effectively treat neuropathic pain and depression through multiple mechanisms such as anti-inflammation,antioxidant stress,nerve repair and neurotransmitter regulation.This paper systematically reviews the relevant literature and research on the treatment of neuropathic pain and depression with Baishao(Paeoniae Radix Alba)in recent years,and deeply discusses the feasibility of Baishao(Paeoniae Radix Alba)and its active components in intervening neuropathic pain and depression through multi-targets and multi-pathways.the purpose of this study is to provide scientific theoretical basis and practical reference for the treatment of neuropathic pain and depression with traditional Chinese medicine.
