眼针联合常规针刺治疗失眠伴焦虑抑郁状态临床疗效观察OA
Clinical Observation on the Efficacy of Eye Acupuncture Combined with Conventional Acupuncture in Treating Insomnia with Anxiety and Depression
目的 观察眼针联合常规针刺治疗失眠伴焦虑抑郁状态的临床疗效及其对血清神经递质水平的影响.方法 将123例失眠伴焦虑抑郁患者随机分为对照组(61例)和观察组(62例).对照组采用常规针刺治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合彭氏眼针治疗,两组均治疗4个疗程.比较两组治疗前后汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)、失眠严重程度指数(ISI)评分及血清5-羟色胺(5-HT)、γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)、去甲肾上腺素(NE)、多巴胺(DA)水平变化.结果 治疗后,两组HAMD、HAMA、PSQI、ISI评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组血清5-HT、GABA水平均升高,NE、DA水平均降低(P<0.05),且观察组变化幅度大于对照组(P<0.05).结论 眼针联合常规针刺可显著改善失眠伴焦虑抑郁患者的临床症状,其机制可能与调节血清5-HT、GABA、NE、DA水平有关.
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of eye acupuncture combined with conventional acupuncture in treating insomnia with anxiety and depression and its effect on serum neurotransmitter levels.Methods A total of 123 patients with insomnia and anxiety-depression were randomly divided into a control group(61 cases)and an observation group(62 cases).The control group received conventional acupuncture,while the observation group received additional PENG's eye acupuncture.Both groups were treated for 4 courses.Changes in Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD),Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA),Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI),insomnia severity index(ISI)scores,and serum levels of 5-hydroxytryptamine,γ-aminobutyric acid,norepinephrine,and dopamine were compared before and after treatment.Results After treatment,HAMD,HAMA,PSQI,and ISI scores decreased in both groups(P<0.05),with greater reductions in the observation group(P<0.05).Serum levels of 5-HT and GABA increased,while NE and DA decreased in both groups(P<0.05),with more pronounced changes in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion Eye acupuncture combined with conventional acupuncture can significantly improve clinical symptoms in patients with insomnia and anxiety-depression,possibly through regulating serum levels of 5-HT,GABA,NE,and DA.
