基于外周血铁代谢相关指标的铁死亡积分和HGI对AIS预后评估价值分析OA

Objective To explore the prognostic value of ferroptosis score and hemoglobin glycation index(HGI)established by peripheral blood iron metabolism related indicators in acute ischemic stroke(AIS).Methods In this study,190 AIS patients who were treated in Xi'an No.3 Hospital from January 2022 to December 2024 were included.Fasting venous blood was collected at admission to measure fasting blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin,and HGI was calculated.Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was used to detect neuronal filament light chain(NfL),4-hydroxy-2-nonenal(4-HNE),8-hydroxy-2'-deoxy-guanosine(8-oxo-dG),hepcidin,transferrin receptor(TfR),and ferritin.Prognosis at 90 days was evaluated using the modified Rankin scale(MRs),and patients were grouped into good(MRs≤2)or poor outcome(MRs≥3).Results The poor outcome group showed higher levels of 4-HNE,8-oxo-dG,hepcidin,and TfR,but lower NfL(P<0.05).The ferroptosis score model was constructed by multiple regression analysis,and the results showed that the model can be used as an independent index to predict the adverse prognosis of AIS.Conclusions The ferroptosis model score based on 4-HNE,8-oxo-dG and hepcidin,as well as HGI were closely related to the adverse outcomes of AIS patients,and had a certain value in predicting short-term prognosis.
